Overseas student numbers down again, industry losing billions

International student enrolment numbers are in decline and the education sector has lost more than two billion dollars in the past 12 months. And while there have been some changes to visa requirements to make it easier and cheaper for international students coming to Australia, it's proving difficult to win back the interest and trust of foreign students.
